I guarantee my workmanship on all joins, assembly, and finishing of the instruments and products. All other pre-made parts and electronics are subject to the warranties offered by the companies that produced them. All instruments come with a lifetime (my lifetime) warranty to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required.
If you are not completely satisfied with your custom ordered instrument within 7 days after receiving it, a 30% refund will be given upon safe return (shipping and insurance to be paid by customer) of the instrument, in re-saleable condition, to JOI Guitars. The remainder will be refunded at the time of re-sale of the instrument.
30% of the estimated cost must be paid as a deposit at time of order. Woods and parts will be ordered and work will commence after payment of deposit. The remaining amount owing is due at time of completion and before shipment. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Progress will be consistently communicated with the customer and pictures will be available on request. Due to the nature of custom orders, and since some decisions may change during the building process, the final price and estimated delivery date may vary from the original estimate.
Cancellations of custom orders will be accepted up to 2 weeks after initial deposit and before work has commenced. A full refund will be issued. After this time, only 50% of the original deposit will be refunded.
Refunds on all non-custom instruments and products will be given upon safe return (shipping and insurance to be paid by customer) of the item, in re-saleable condition, to JOI Guitars within 14 days of purchase. Item will be inspected for damages (dings, scratches, etc) and refund will reflect any costs that may be incurred to bring the item back to its original saleable state.
